OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

On Setting the Election of Deputies of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the New Convocation

In pursuance of Clause 2, Article 5 of Federal Law No. 175-FZ of December 20, 2002 "On the Elections of Deputies  of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" I hereby resolve:

1. To set the election of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the new convocation for December 7, 2003.

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.
